Believe me, if it needs to be repaired, Vicki is the one to do it. She has brought my dead laptops back to New many times after I would do a Whoopsie. smile emoticon These Big Box stores wont even look at your PC if it isnt under a warranty usually.

As a TRUE fact, my Daughter's( who lives far away) Toshiba hard drive kept frying. They -Big Box-would "Graciously" add Antivirus to it.

After the 4th drive, with the warranty going off, She bought the best Kaspersky, and said no thank you. When she put the disk in- there was a destruct virus already installed on the new hard drive!! Talk about job security. Grr

Vicki can bring anything back to life! And you can TRUST her to do a great job with honesty and care. AAA+

I would highly recommend vicki. She does amazing work. You get your computer back right quickly. She's a lot cheaper then alot of other places. I will continue to go to her if I need anything else worked on. Thank you so much for fixing my lab top.

Thank you so much Vicki for putting together a desktop computer on Christmas Eve for my grandson. I know the request was VERY last minute, but you came through with a miracle that night. You are a very dedicated person to your business and it shows. Again, thank you for all your hard work in making the miracle happen.

I just want everyone to know how much i appreciatte vicki...She has helped myself and Jim Odell with our computer issues. She is tremendously knowledgeable when it comes to fixing electronics and i don't know what we would have done without her. Her prices are very fair and do not reflect what she is worth. I want to take this time to tell everyone that you cannot go wrong with getting Vicki's help on computers. She sent me a DVD with windows 8.1 on it and when that did not work she worked with me via Team Viewer and remotely assisted in trying to get Windows re-installed. We had out problems and issues but she worked through it and finally got it going. She is very knowledgeable and and will stay with it until it is done right. She is very smart and reliable. Outstanding work. I am extremely pleased with all aspects. Thank very much again Vicki.
